A seasoned hotelier, a prolific investor and a pioneer in the real estate and e-commerce industry, Mr. Gurinder Pal Singh has several accomplishments over the span of two and a half decades of his career. He made his entrée into the serviced apartments sector with Magnus Hotels & Serviced Apartments Group in 2011. Ever since, Magnus has seen an immense growth of 25% Y-o-Y in the hospitality domain with an eclectic repertoire of over 200 rooms across serviced apartments, boutique, and business hotels. With more than 300 corporate tie-ups, our hotels in Pune revels a happy and healthy customer base. He supervises key factors of the group like finance, property acquisition, and vendor management. With his assistance, Magnus has seen a steady advancement and focuses on healthy sales margins while ensuring loyal and delighted customers. Amongst other endeavours, he has set up Interactive Visual Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Real Estate based IT product firm that boosts his real estate proficiency. Interactive Visual Solutions was ultimately acquired by Info Edge (Ind) Ltd, India’s largest pure-play internet group.
